Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate qualified leads, build relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging with key decision-makers, and creating sales opportunities through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect, and engage with prospective clients across relevant industries.
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through personalized outreach strategies.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities in CRM tools.
- Research target markets, companies, and key decision-makers to understand business needs.
- Craft tailored messages and follow-ups to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos for senior sales teams or managers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach with campaigns and content strategies.
- Track and report performance metrics (response rates, leads generated, conversions, etc.).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or training/IT services industry.
- Familiarity with cold outreach tools
