SKY INFINIT is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the audio-visual technology space, including projectors, interactive touch screens, and conferencing solutions. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills to help drive business growth across the corporate, education, and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development:
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities for AV solutions such as projectors, interactive displays, and conferencing systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in corporate, educational, and public sectors.
- Conduct effective product presentations and live demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Market Research & Strategic Planning:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging client needs.
- Develop and execute business development plans to increase market share and brand visibility.
- Recommend improvements and insights based on data-driven market analysis.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
- Provide post-sales services including training, on boarding, and troubleshooting.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
4. Product Knowledge & Consultation:
- Develop a strong understanding of AV and related IT solutions.
- Provide expert consultation to clients on product capabilities and use cases.
- Work closely with the technical team to deliver customised solutions aligned with client needs.
5. Reporting & Coordination:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal departments including technical, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution and service delivery.
- Represent SKY INFINIT at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in the AV or IT sector.
- Solid understanding of audio-visual products such as projectors, touch screens, and conferencing systems.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and digital sales platforms is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35, Rs75,000.00 per month
