SKY INFINIT is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the audio-visual technology space, including projectors, interactive touch screens, and conferencing solutions. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills to help drive business growth across the corporate, education, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities for AV solutions such as projectors, interactive displays, and conferencing systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in corporate, educational, and public sectors.
  • Conduct effective product presentations and live demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Market Research & Strategic Planning:

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging client needs.
  • Develop and execute business development plans to increase market share and brand visibility.
  • Recommend improvements and insights based on data-driven market analysis.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
  • Provide post-sales services including training, on boarding, and troubleshooting.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

4. Product Knowledge & Consultation:

  • Develop a strong understanding of AV and related IT solutions.
  • Provide expert consultation to clients on product capabilities and use cases.
  • Work closely with the technical team to deliver customised solutions aligned with client needs.

5. Reporting & Coordination:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including technical, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution and service delivery.
  • Represent SKY INFINIT at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in the AV or IT sector.
  • Solid understanding of audio-visual products such as projectors, touch screens, and conferencing systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and digital sales platforms is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35, Rs75,000.00 per month
