Client Acquisition & Business Development Specialist
who has proven experience in the IT industry and expertise in using platforms like
Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing marketplaces
to onboard new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities specifically in the IT/software services sector.
  • Acquire clients through platforms such as
    Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and similar B2B channels
    .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and customized solutions.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and new channels for growth.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and provide regular reports on progress and performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in
    IT/software services business development
    .
  • Proven success in
    client acquisition through freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)
    .
  • Strong background in
    lead generation, digital sales, and account management
    .
  • Good understanding of IT/software development services to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, achieve sales targets, and deliver measurable results.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
