Client Acquisition & Business Development Specialist
who has proven experience in the IT industry and expertise in using platforms like
Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing marketplaces
to onboard new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities specifically in the IT/software services sector.
- Acquire clients through platforms such as
Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and similar B2B channels
. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term collaboration.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and customized solutions.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and new channels for growth.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and provide regular reports on progress and performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in
IT/software services business development
. - Proven success in
client acquisition through freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)
. - Strong background in
lead generation, digital sales, and account management
. - Good understanding of IT/software development services to effectively communicate with clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, achieve sales targets, and deliver measurable results.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
