Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Senior HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on HR experience who is eager to contribute to organizational growth and lead HR initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
· Technical recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
· Maintain and improve HR records, systems, and databases.
· Manage HR operations, including attendance and leave management.
· Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
· Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth HR processes and policy compliance.
· Support management in HR strategy and employee relations matters.
· Familiarity with managing social media pages and creating engaging content is a plus.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
· Energetic, proactive, and ready to take initiative.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Male candidates preferred (as per requirement).
