  • Coordinate with the internal team for accurate project estimations and timelines.
  • Track proposals, outcomes, and refine strategies to improve success rate.
  • Stay updated with Upwork policies, bidding system, and trends.

Required Skills

  • Strong proposal writing and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of Upwork's bidding system and algorithms.
  • Ability to identify high-potential job leads and position offers effectively.
  • Knowledge of client psychology and objection handling.
  • Fluent written and verbal English.
  • Professional client communication and negotiation skills.
  • 6 months to 1.5 years proven experience on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to write winning proposals and secure projects.
