Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, with a probationary period of 1 month, located in DHA Lahore for a Business Development and Marketing Lead. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks will involve market analysis, developing and executing marketing plans, managing customer inquiries, and collaborating with various departments to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Business Development
- Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
- Familiarity with the security industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Preference will be given to fresh graduates or individuals with a 1-2 years of relevant work experience
