We're looking for an
HR Executive

who's organized, proactive, and passionate about people. Someone who understands that HR isn't just about policies, it's about culture, communication, and connection.

What You'll Be Doing

As our HR Executive, you'll play a key role in building and nurturing our growing team. You'll:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and screening to interviews and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and attendance systems with accuracy
  • Assist in performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and HR reporting
  • Support employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards
  • Act as the go-to person for HR-related queries and help maintain a positive, collaborative work culture
  • Work closely with management to identify hiring needs and improve retention strategies

You Are Someone Who…

  • Has
    1–3+ years of experience

in HR, preferably in an agency or fast-paced company
- Is detail-oriented, organized, and confident managing multiple priorities
- Communicates clearly and empathetically, both in writing and in person
- Understands the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
- Knows how to build rapport and motivate a diverse team
- Can take initiative and contribute ideas to improve people processes and culture

Bonus:

Experience with HR software, talent acquisition, or employee engagement initiatives.
