Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rawalpindi for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will handle inbound and outbound communications to assist customers, address inquiries, and provide solutions. Responsibilities will include ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, delivering timely and efficient online and technical support, and maintaining a professional and polite demeanor in all customer interactions.
