Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Inventory Officer to manage the company's receivables, payables, and stock control. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth financial operations, accurate record-keeping, and effective inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Accounts Receivable ledger; monitor collections and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Manage Accounts Payable ledger; prepare supplier reconciliations and plan timely payments.
  • Record and monitor inventory movements (purchases, sales, balances).
  • Maintain batch-level stock aging reports (FIFO basis).
  • Prepare weekly cash flow and aging summaries for management.
  • Reconcile bank, supplier, and customer accounts.
  • Support implementation of systems (Excel/ERP) for better reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, ACCA)
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts, inventory, or supply chain management (trading/distribution company preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, aging analysis).
  • Basic understanding of cash flow management and inventory valuation (FIFO).
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and disciplined in following up with clients/suppliers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
