Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager with 2–4 years of experience in driving sales and client acquisition for IT services and software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating leads, managing client relationships, and expanding business in the IT, software development, SaaS, and digital transformation sectors. This role requires a highly motivated professional who understands the IT services landscape, outsourcing, and global B2B markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services, software development, and digital solutions domain.
- Generate leads through multiple channels including LinkedIn outreach, Upwork bidding, cold emailing, networking, and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, particularly in the US, UK, UAE, Canada, and European markets.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on the latest IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare regular reports and sales forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive/Manager in the IT industry.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of web development (MERN, ROR, Python, etc.), mobile apps, SaaS, and staff augmentation/outsourcing models will be a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced IT sales environment.
