We are looking for a
Customer Support Executive
to join our team at
Rawayat Organic (Lahore)
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Manage and process orders efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain daily reports and communicate with the operations team
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in Urdu & English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, etc.)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Prior experience in customer service/call center is an advantage
