Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Recruitment Assistant located in Islamabad. The Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for assisting in hiring processes, scheduling and conducting interviews, providing customer service, and offering administrative support as needed. Additionally, the intern will assist in maintaining communication with candidates and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Hiring and Interviewing
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Administrative Assistance skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems is a plus
