Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential, profitable products for the Amazon marketplace.
- Source and vet reliable manufacturers and suppliers, primarily using platforms like Alibaba and Global Sources.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and shipping arrangements to maximize margins.
- Manage the sample approval process to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Analyze competitor landscape, sales data, and market trends to inform sourcing decisions.
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory management teams to ensure timely product launches.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product sourcing, preferably for Amazon FBA or e-commerce.
- Proficiency with sourcing platforms (e.g., Alibaba, Global Sources) and Amazon seller tools (e.g., Jungle Scout, Helium 10).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Understanding of international shipping processes (e.g., freight forwarding, customs) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple product pipelines simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40, Rs60,000.00 per month
