Job Type: Full Time - Night Shift (6 days)
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin & Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in administration, operations, coordination, and customer service support. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, the ability to manage operational processes across multiple locations, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage administrative processes across multiple retail/business locations.
- Coordinate utility setups (electricity, internet, gas, water, dumpster, phone) and handle service transfers during new store or office acquisitions.
- Manage operations including stock receiving, order processing, inventory management, packing, and dispatch.
- Provide customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Handle security systems & permits
- Maintain lease records, rental applications, and compliance forms, coordinating with property managers and vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement of office supplies and equipment with accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors for service activation and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of professional experience in administration or operations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience with back-office support for international companies is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45, Rs65,000.00 per month
