Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Customer Relations Operator, located in Karāchi. The Customer Relations Operator will be responsible for managing the switchboard, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer support. They will ensure effective communication with customers and assist in addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry of relevant field
  • Customer Support and Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
