Role Description

We are looking for a System Support Engineer to join our IT department in Lahore.

You will be responsible for keeping our systems, networks, and equipment running smoothly, and helping employees solve their IT issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for computers, printers, and network systems.
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and software.
  • Monitor network performance and fix connectivity problems.
  • Ensure security systems are working properly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware or software errors.
  • Keep records of issues, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT or technical support (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of Windows / Linux systems, networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), and Active Directory.
  • Good understanding of hardware setup, cabling, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
