Australian Concept Infertility Medical Center is looking for a highly talented and dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our Customer Support Team in Lahore.

The Customer Support Officer will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our patients. The role involves handling inbound calls, addressing patient queries and concerns, and ensuring timely follow-ups with existing patients to improve conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound patient calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about services and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Resolve patient concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Record and update detailed patient interaction notes in the CRM system.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with patients to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to meet service standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for consistent service delivery.

Requirements

  • Must have prior calling experience (customer service, call center, or similar role).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a patient-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and remain calm under pressure.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or patient services is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs33, Rs35,000.00 per month
