We are seeking a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for managing client interactions, resolving customer issues, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through email, chat, and phone in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure full satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and report them to the management team.
  • Assist in improving customer service procedures, policies, and standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1- 1.5 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling international clients.
  • Knowledge of email etiquette and live chat support.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
