Title: Upwork Sales Strategist or Upwork Business Development Expert

Timing: Night Shift
Note: This is a full-time and on-site job role.
Key Role Purpose:
To lead and drive results for the Upwork sales channel by leveraging experience with Upwork bidding, client communication, project negotiation, and team coordination.
Profile Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Upwork sales for IT/software services
- Proven track record of winning high-value projects and managing client relationships
- Deep understanding of Upwork algorithms, bidding strategies, proposal writing, and profile optimization
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to train and manage a bidding team to increase conversion rates
- Strategic mindset to align Upwork activities with business goals
- Experience in managing JSS, feedback loops, and account health
