Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships on the Upwork platform to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and enhance the platform's performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations for strategic enhancements.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to acquire and retain clients.
- Offer guidance to clients regarding Upwork's services, features, and offerings.
- Address client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess and improve performance.
- Identify potential business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and monitor competitor activities to ensure Upwork remains competitive.
- Drive revenue generation and customer acquisition efforts to support Upwork's growth objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of O/A Levels or Bachelor's Master's degree Accounting.
- Proven experience of at least 1 Year as an Upwork executive or freelancer
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in client acquisition and retention.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Upwork's platform and policies.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to assess client needs and tailor services accordingly.
- Up-to-date understanding of freelance market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
Job Timings: 5 PM-1 AM (Mon-Fri)
