Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client needs and provide solutions aligned with fintech products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, finance, operations) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare detailed reports, and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
  • Track industry and market trends to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Support in resolving client issues quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities, contracts, and billing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience
    in account management, preferably in the
    fintech or financial services sector
    .
  • Strong understanding of fintech solutions, digital payments, or financial products.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, and reporting).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
