About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Officer to handle daily human resource functions and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment, employee relations, record keeping, compliance, and general office management.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.


• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.


• Support payroll preparation and ensure compliance with company policies.


• Coordinate performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives.


• Handle office administration, procurement, and vendor management.


• Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented.


• Manage correspondence, documentation, and general office operations.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in a related field.


• 2–4 years of experience in HR and administration.


• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.


• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
