Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Specialist with 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, training coordination, and general HR support. The role will play an integral part in supporting the HR function by handling end-to-end recruitment, coordinating employee training programs, and assisting the HR Manager in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and reference checks
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including induction programs and documentation
  • Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and development programs
  • Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness of training programs
  • Assist in developing learning materials and schedules
  • Assist the HR Manager with daily HR tasks and administrative duties
  • Support in policy implementation and compliance with labor laws
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events
  • Assist in conducting employee surveys and preparing reports

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience

in recruitment, training coordination, or HR generalist roles
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor law regulations, and recruitment tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in LinkedIn recruiter, Boolean search etc.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
