Application Support Engineer (Junior)

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for business applications as per ITIL incident management process.
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLA.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as per ITIL escalation matrix.
  • Assist in problem management by identifying recurring incidents and documenting known errors.
  • Participate in change management by testing and validating application updates before release.
  • Maintain knowledge base (KEDB) with solutions, FAQs, and workarounds.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes to deliver high-quality service support.

Job Type: Full-time
