Role Summary:

Assist the Vendor Relations team in onboarding, communicating with, and managing translators and other language vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily tasks of the Vendor Relations team
  • Onboard new translators and reviewers to the system
  • Collect and verify required documents
  • Communicate with vendors through email/messages
  • Update and maintain vendor records
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding project needs
  • Assist in resolving vendor queries
  • Help build and maintain vendor relationships

Requirements:

  • Good English communication skills
  • Fresh graduate (Business/Management/Supply Chain preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in excel
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
