About the Role

We are seeking an experienced TikTok Shop Expert to manage our TikTok shop operations from product sourcing to sales execution. The ideal candidate should be KPI-focused, hands-on with e-commerce workflows, and creative in leveraging TikTok trends for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source trending and profitable dropshipping products from Amazon, eBay, and other UK suppliers.
  • Create AI-powered titles, descriptions, and competitive pricing for product listings on TikTok Shop.
  • Coordinate with the 3PL team in the UK to ensure timely product deliveries to customers.
  • Develop and publish AI-generated product videos optimized for TikTok reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Track overall account performance and ensure profitability after costs (source, shipping, 3PL, TikTok fees).
  • Oversee end-to-end TikTok Shop account management (A–Z).

  • You understand TikTok trends, algorithms, and selling strategies.
  • You have experience with AI content creation and AI video generation.
