As a Business Analysis Intern, you will work closely with senior architects, developers, and product managers to gather, analyze, and document requirements for software projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop analytical, technical, and communication skills while gaining insight into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Support the creation of functional specifications, wireframes, and process flows.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and solution design discussions.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are well understood.
  • Help conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor analysis.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide status updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science (Fresh Graduates)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Familiarity with UML, ER diagrams, flowcharts, or similar modeling tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
