Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Business Development Executive
with a strong background in
Upwork bidding
and
software development sales
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing
Upwork agency profiles
, writing
high-converting proposals
, and closing deals through
direct client communication
.
You'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our software development division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company's
Upwork
and other freelance marketplace profiles. - Write
customized, compelling proposals
and handle the entire bidding process independently. - Understand client
technical requirements
(Web, Mobile, SaaS, and UI/UX projects) and align them with internal team capabilities. - Conduct
client calls
, negotiate project scope, and close deals. - Collaborate with the technical team to prepare
project estimates

proposals
, and
timelines
. - Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track progress using CRM tools.
- Research and identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication and professionalism.
Requirements
:
- Proven experience
in
Upwork bidding
and understanding the platform's mechanism. - Hands-on experience with
software development sales
or
technical service selling
. - Strong understanding of web technologies such as
, Laravel, WordPress, , Mobile Apps
, etc. - Excellent
sales communication skills
and
client-handling experience
(video calls, chat, email). - Ability to analyze client needs and provide
tailored solutions
. - Confident in meeting monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Strong
English writing and speaking
