About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Tele Sales Representative
to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and providing suitable product or service recommendations to close sales.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a positive attitude toward achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.
  • Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to confidently address customer questions.
  • Follow up on leads, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns, trends, or market insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in
    tele sales
    ,
    inside sales
    , or
    customer service
    (1+ year preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
