Job Description:
The Marketing & PR Executive personnel would be responsible for:
Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning:
- Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies (digital and conventional) to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and market presence.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer preferences, and promotional opportunities.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution:
- Plan and manage digital campaigns across platforms including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Create engaging digital content and visuals aligned with brand identity.
- Track performance through analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) and generate performance reports.
Conventional Marketing & Brand Collateral:
- Develop and manage marketing literature such as brochures, flyers, product sheets, company profiles, and signage.
- Assist in conceptualizing and designing packaging, PR kits, and branded materials for clients, media, and events.
- Coordinate production and distribution of physical marketing assets in collaboration with vendors and printers.
PR & Media Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with media representatives, influencers, and partners.
- Organize PR initiatives including press releases, interviews, gifting campaigns, and corporate storytelling.
- Prepare and distribute press kits, and track media coverage.
Event Planning & Activation:
- Support in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events such as exhibitions, launches, seminars, and promotional activations.
- Manage event logistics, guest invitations, branded setups, and promotional giveaways.
Social Media & Community Management:
- Manage brand presence on social media platforms through regular posting, community engagement, and paid campaigns.
- Respond to comments/messages and ensure consistent tone and brand voice.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with design, sales, and operations teams to ensure aligned messaging and brand consistency across all channels.
- Provide creative input to senior management for campaign concepts and brand storytelling.
Budget Oversight & Vendor Coordination:
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns.
- Liaise with external vendors including printers, agencies, and event partners to ensure timely and quality output.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and soft skills; must be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Experience with project tracking tools (e.g. Trello, Asana) and document management platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Google Drive) is a plus.

Work Timings: 9am-6pm
Work Days: Monday- Saturday
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi
