Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (Software, Product, DevOps, AI/ML).
  • Partner with hiring managers to plan and execute sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for niche and critical roles.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience and strengthen employer branding.
  • Track recruitment metrics and drive process improvements.
  • Mentor junior recruiters / manage a small TA team (Manager level).
  • Stay updated with IT industry hiring trends and benchmarks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4–5+ years of proven
    Talent Acquisition experience
    within the Software/IT industry.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring for
    Engineering, Product, DevOps, and AI/ML roles
    .
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with
    ATS systems
    and modern sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a
    fast-paced, growth-driven environment
    .
