Job Title: Business Development Manager
Position Overview
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's presence across local and international markets. The BDM will play a key role in promoting the company's products and services — particularly HVAC solutions — to consultants, contractors, developers, and end clients, ensuring brand visibility and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Strategy
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, potential clients, and market segments.
• Conduct competitor analysis and recommend strategies to gain market share.
• Develop and implement business development plans aligned with company objectives.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Approach consultants, contractors, and developers to present company products and secure approvals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Promote HVAC solutions including VRF systems, chillers, AHUs, package units, and custom-engineered products.
• Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Brand Promotion & Networking
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Enhance the company's brand presence in the market through strategic partnerships.
- Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and project pipelines.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on business development progress.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, supply chain) to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in HVAC, MEP, or construction industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Ability to travel frequently and meet clients across regions.
