Key Responsibilities:
- Talk to clients to understand their property needs and offer the best options.
- Build strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
- Show properties and give impressive presentations to potential buyers.
- Negotiate deals and close sales successfully.
- Stay informed about market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales, and transactions.
- Work with the marketing team to create promotions and generate leads.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales (High-rise & Apartments) or a similar field.
- Great communication and people skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and market trends.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
