Key Responsibilities:

  • Talk to clients to understand their property needs and offer the best options.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
  • Show properties and give impressive presentations to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales successfully.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales, and transactions.
  • Work with the marketing team to create promotions and generate leads.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales (High-rise & Apartments) or a similar field.
  • Great communication and people skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and market trends.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
