The CSO / VP Sales will be responsible for designing and executing the overall sales and distribution strategy of the vape business across Pakistan. This includes driving revenue growth, expanding retail coverage, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and building a high-performance sales organization. The candidate must have proven leadership experience in 
Tobacco or FMCG industries
, with deep knowledge of trade channels, distributor management, and field sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and implement nationwide sales strategy in line with company objectives.
  • Define market entry plans, pricing models, and trade margin structures.
  • Set annual sales targets, forecast demand, and ensure achievement.
  • Build, mentor, and lead the national sales team.
  • Distribution & Channels
  • Expand distributor/wholesaler network across major cities and regions.
  • Ensure optimal retail coverage across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and specialty vape/tobacco shops.
  • Negotiate contracts and incentive structures with key distributors.
  • Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure strict compliance with Pakistan's tobacco/nicotine regulations, excise duties, and government policies.
  • Implement transparent reporting systems to track sales and collections.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Monitor regional sales performance against KPIs.
  • Provide quarterly business reviews to CEO/Board.
  • Introduce sales automation tools (CRM, DMS).

Requirements

  • Minimum 
    12–15 years of experience
     in 
    Tobacco or FMCG sales
    , with at least 
    5 years in a senior leadership role
    .
  • Proven success in 
    nationwide distribution setup
    , preferably handling cigarettes, beverages, or consumer durables.
  • Strong understanding of trade marketing, pricing, and incentive structures.
  • MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
