We are looking for a female professional with excellent organizational and people management skills to handle office administration and HR functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration
- Manage daily office operations and ensure all activities run smoothly.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
- Organize meetings, keep records, and prepare documents.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and visitors professionally.
Human Resources
- Manage recruitment, staff onboarding, and HR records.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
- Implement HR policies and maintain employee relations.
- Support management in performance evaluations and staff development.
Requirements:
- Female candidate only.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in office admin or HR role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, email, basic HR software).
- Knowledge of labor laws is a plus.
