Job Overview:

Nexus92 is seeking a motivated and confident
Business Development Associate
to manage inbound and outbound calls with potential investors interested in our business. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for client engagement. You will be the first point of contact for leads, providing basic information, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to leads interested in investing.
  • Professionally handle inbound queries from potential clients.
  • Share accurate basic information about the business, investment model, and processes.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful tone in all communications.
  • Record and update lead details in the system accurately.
  • Schedule follow-up calls or meetings as required.
  • Coordinate with the Business Development Manager for lead closures.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and timely responses to queries.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (BBA, BS, or related field preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to understand and explain basic business information.
  • Strong listening skills and patience while dealing with clients.
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
