We are seeking a proactive and articulate Call Centre Agent to manage both inbound and outbound communications for our UK-based clients. The ideal candidate will possess a neutral British accent, exhibit excellent communication skills, and demo nstrate proficiency in CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, addressing queries and concerns for:
  • Dental practices based in London
  • Chartered accountancy firms across the UK
  • Digital marketing agencies
  • Conduct outbound calls, including cold calling, to promote digital marketing and financial services and generate leads.
  • Maintain and update client information in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Follow up on client interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in spoken and written British English with a neutral accent.
  • Proven experience in customer support and cold calling.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable working in UK business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting UK-based clients.
  • Background in tele sales or telemarketing.
  • Understanding of the dental, accounting, or digital marketing industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or a related field.
