About the Role

Atcon is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of its Terrazzo product line - including flooring tiles, wall panels, skirting, coving, countertops, table tops and customised products—as well as its concrete solutions portfolio - including pavers, clad stone (OT Tiles), lattices, kerbstones, blocks, and roofing tiles).

This is a strategic leadership role requiring an experienced professional with strong industry connections to architects, consultants, contractors, and developers. The ideal candidate will drive new business development, lead and mentor the sales team, establish long-term client relationships, and consistently deliver growth aligned with Atcon's business objectives.

Skills &Experience

  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential for managing client relationships effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, project management, and negotiation skills.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach efforts.
  • 6-8 plus years of sales/business development experience in building materials, terrazzo, tiles, flooring, or construction products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration, Payment Recovery, Reporting & Performance Management.
  • Proven track record of team leadership and delivering sales growth at the national or regional level.
  • Strong professional relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers in Pakistan.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

A background in marketing is a plus, providing insights into effective promotional strategies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Civil Engineering, or Architecture . (MBA preferred).
