Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (preferably in FMCG or retail).
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (from reputable institutions).
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills to drive team performance.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and digital marketing trends.
