Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and staffing processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and induction activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage leave records, track employee attendance, and ensure accurate leave management.
  • Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, leave, and company benefits).
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and team-building activities.
  • Handle offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and completion of required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate time and attendance tracking.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries and provide necessary support.
  • Develop and maintain performance management scorecards for SaaS teams, focusing on tracking KPIs and optimizing outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of HR or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore.

Timings: 10am - 7pm
