Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven recruitment experience (preferably in IT/Tech).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
