Position SummaryWe are a fast-growing mobile app development company specializing in Android, iOS, Flutter, Web, and AI-based solutions. Our infrastructure includes local GPU inference servers, debug GPUs, and web backend systems, supporting a high-density computing environment of 400+ systems.We are seeking a Network & IT Administrator to manage and optimize our entire infrastructure layer — covering network design, security, endpoint management, GPU cluster stability, and system automation.The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in enterprise networking, Linux administration, GPU server management, and infrastructure monitoring.Core Responsibilities:Network AdministrationDesign, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN architecture (Layer 2/3 switching, routing, and firewall configuration).Manage VLAN segmentation, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, and NTP for all internal devices.Configure and maintain core/edge switches (Cisco, Ubiquiti, MikroTik) and firewalls (Fortinet, pfSense, Sophos).Set up and maintain VPNs (WireGuard, OpenVPN, IPSec) for secure developer and backend access.Implement redundancy, load balancing, and failover mechanisms for high availability.Monitor traffic, latency, and throughput using Grafana, Zabbix, or PRTG.Enforce QoS policies to prioritize GPU workloads, CI/CD traffic, and backend APIs.Perform regular firmware updates, configuration backups, and ACL audits.IT Infrastructure & System AdministrationManage and maintain 400+ developer systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).Administer Linux-based GPU servers for AI inference and model testing.Handle NVIDIA GPU drivers, CUDA, cuDNN installation, and version control.Monitor GPU metrics (temperature, utilization, VRAM) using Prometheus/NVML.Isolate resources between production inference GPUs and development/debug systems.Manage local build servers, CI/CD runners, and integration with GitHub/GitLab.Administer authentication and access via Active Directory / LDAP.Manage shared storage systems (NFS, SMB, NAS/TrueNAS/Synology).Automate maintenance and updates using Bash, Python, or Ansible scripts.Security & ComplianceEnforce endpoint and network security policies.Manage IDS/IPS, SSL/TLS certificates, and access control lists.Deploy and manage antivirus and endpoint protection systems.Conduct regular vulnerability scans, configuration audits, and system hardening.Manage SSH keys, credentials, and secure secret storage.Ensure strict segmentation between production, development, and backend networks.Monitoring & OptimizationImplement centralized monitoring via Grafana + Prometheus.Track uptime, bandwidth usage, and latency trends.Establish alert systems for outages, GPU overloads, and unauthorized access.Analyze GPU inference loads and propose scaling strategies.Continuously optimize network topology and configuration for performance.Support & DocumentationProvide Level 2/3 support for developer systems and build servers.Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, IP schemes, and hardware assets.Keep an updated IT inventory of all devices and servers.Generate monthly performance and audit reports.Technical EnvironmentCategoryTechnology StackOperating SystemsUbuntu Server, Debian, Rocky Linux, Windows 11, macOSNetworkingCisco Catalyst, MikroTik CRS, Ubiquiti UniFiFirewalls / VPNFortinet, pfSense, Sophos, WireGuard, OpenVPNMonitoringZabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, NetdataStorageNAS (Synology / TrueNAS), NFS, SMBVirtualizationProxmox, Docker, VMwareCI/CD & DevOpsJenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab RunnersGPU InfrastructureNVIDIA RTX/Quadro, CUDA, cuDNN, TensorRTAutomationAnsible, Bash, PythonSecurity ToolsFail2Ban, CrowdStrike, ClamAV, OpenVASLogging & MetricsLoki, ELK Stack, Grafana AlertsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Networks, Information Technology, or Computer Science.5+ years of experience managing enterprise networks and IT systems.Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 networking and routing protocols (OSPF/BGP).Proven Linux server administration and GPU infrastructure management experience.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (GitHub/GitLab).Proficiency in Bash, Python, or PowerShell scripting.Experience with infrastructure monitoring and automation tools.Preferred CertificationsCCNP / CCNA / CompTIA Network+Linux+ / RHCSA / MCSAFortinet NSE4 / MikroTik MTCRE / Ubiquiti UEWANVIDIA DLI Certification (preferred for GPU management)Performance Indicators99.9% network uptime
