Position Overview:

We are hiring a Walmart PL (Private Label) Specialist – Night Shift to manage and grow our private label product portfolio on Walmart Marketplace. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PL product sourcing, supplier coordination, branding, listing optimization, and sales growth strategies. You will be responsible for the complete cycle of Walmart PL account management—from research and sourcing to launch and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify profitable private label product opportunities on Walmart.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee product development, packaging, and branding.
  • Create, optimize, and manage Walmart product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and images).
  • Develop and execute advertising, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor sales, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure account health and compliance with Walmart Marketplace policies.
  • Work with design and operations teams for timely order fulfillment and brand alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in Private Label product management (Walmart preferred; Amazon PL experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of product research, sourcing, and supplier management.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
  • Must be available for the night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
