Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Assistant Manager Product Development to support the design and development of our E-SIM app and digital product ecosystem, integrating AI-driven intelligence and automation to enhance visibility, decision-making, and customer experience. This role will contribute to shaping the future of digital connectivity by combining product innovation, user-centric design, and intelligent automation

Duties And Responsibilities

Product Development & Lifecycle Management

  • Work closely with engineering, telecom operations, and commercial teams to assist in designing and delivering E-SIM solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Support the product lifecycle — from concept, MVP, and pilot to full-scale rollout.
  • Implement automated reporting and insight systems to improve visibility into product performance and user engagement.
  • Coordinate with technical vendors, platform providers, and mobile network operators (MNOs/MVNOs).
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and compatibility with global telecom standards (GSMA, eUICC, etc.).

Product Design & Roadmap

  • Assist in the development of the end-to-end app user experience for E-SIM solutions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and feasibility studies to identify opportunities and differentiation points to improve the in-app journey.
  • Support in defining the app experience, incorporating behavior-based personalization to simplify activation and usage.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build intuitive, visually consistent app interfaces that simplify eSIM activation and management.
  • Contribute to defining the app feature roadmap, including onboarding flows and payment integrations with events integration in Firebase /Mixpanel and real-time dashboards to assist in decision-making.
  • Evaluate SDK/API opportunities to expand eSIM platform integrations with MNO/MVNO partners.
  • Define and prioritize product features aligned with go-to-market plans.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing and sales teams for launch strategies, customer journeys, and value propositions.
  • Liaise with finance to ensure commercial viability and profitability.

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor KPIs, including adoption, activation rate, and customer retention.
  • Work with analytics teams to automate dashboards that track adoption, retention, and churn.
  • Apply data-driven modeling to anticipate user needs and guide roadmap decisions.
  • Use automation tools to summarize customer feedback and detect recurring issues or opportunities.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology Management.
  • 2–3 years of experience in product development, preferably in telecom, digital connectivity, or mobility services.
  • Experience in digital product management, telecom product innovation, or app-based subscription services (eSIM, OTT, fintech, IoT).
  • Familiarity with API integrations, digital wallets, and app store release cycles preferred.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles, agile methodologies, and app analytics tools (Firebase/Mixpanel/Appsflyer and similar tools).
  • Understanding of GSMA standards, eSIM provisioning platforms, payment gateway integrations and telecom integrations.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with a mindset of passion for innovation and growth.
