Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile HR professional who can oversee core HR operations, strengthen employee relations, and drive employer branding initiatives. This role is a unique blend of operational HR expertise and creative storytelling, aimed at fostering a positive employee experience internally while positioning the organization as an employer of choice externally.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR Generalist) Functions:
- Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational standards.
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee growth.
Employee Relations:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
- Provide guidance to managers and staff on employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and compliance.
- Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture through proactive communication and initiatives.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and share actionable insights with leadership.
Employer Branding:
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the company's employer brand both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with marketing/communications teams to produce engaging content for career pages, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Highlight organizational culture, values, and employee success stories through creative campaigns.
- Manage the company's presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other platforms to attract top talent.
- Organize internal branding activities, cultural events, and external career fairs to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure alignment between employee experience, company culture, and brand messaging.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–7 years of proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, and employer branding.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Creative mindset with hands-on experience in employer branding and social media management.
- Strong stakeholder management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
