Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Lahore for a Sales Specialist focusing on medical billing. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, handling medical billing inquiries, understanding and resolving issues related to denials and insurance, and ensuring compliance with billing guidelines such as ICD-10 and Medicare protocols. Daily tasks will also include client outreach, generating sales opportunities, maintaining clear communication and documentation with healthcare providers, and meeting sales targets through excellent customer service and solutions-oriented approaches.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of Medical Terminology and knowledge of coding standards such as ICD-10
  • Proficiency in addressing and resolving Denials and Insurance-related claims
  • Familiarity with healthcare billing procedures, including Medicare and other payer systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and engagement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet sales targets
  • Prior experience in medical billing or healthcare sales is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
