Our platform provides customers with access to a wide range of vehicles, allowing them to swap cars as often as they like. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Role Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our team on-site in Islamabad. This is a contract position requiring availability for either the AM shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) or the PM shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
Responsibilities
- Handle customer requests and inquiries via live chat, calls, and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, taking ownership from identification to resolution.
- Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system for record-keeping and analysis.
- Provide customers with detailed information about Swapp's services, subscription plans, and vehicle options.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in live chat interaction within a customer support role.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Availability for either the AM shift (7 AM - 4 PM) or the PM shift (1 PM - 10 PM).
- Experience with Freshdesk or Zendesk is a major plus.
