Role Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our team on-site in Islamabad. This is a contract position requiring availability for either the AM shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) or the PM shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM).

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer requests and inquiries via live chat, calls, and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, taking ownership from identification to resolution.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system for record-keeping and analysis.
  • Provide customers with detailed information about Swapp's services, subscription plans, and vehicle options.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in live chat interaction within a customer support role.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Availability for either the AM shift (7 AM - 4 PM) or the PM shift (1 PM - 10 PM).
  • Experience with Freshdesk or Zendesk is a major plus.
