Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karāchi for a Support Services Assistant. The Support Services Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing communications, assisting with administrative duties, and maintaining effective interpersonal interactions to support overall business operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Previous healthcare industry experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
