IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

This leadership role is responsible to lead the nationwide Data Center business by overseeing planning, development, operations, and assisting the Business team in customer management across all facilities. The role ensures world-class support services, high service availability, safety, and security while maintaining cost efficiency. It requires strong business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence, while building customer trust and aligning with corporate objectives.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps, translate business needs into technical plans, and drive new Data Center designs and enhancements.
• Optimize OPEX and ensure budget capitalization while maintaining high service availability and operational efficiency.
• Lead Operations framework, capacity planning, process improvements, certifications, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Oversee procurement strategy, vendor management, SLA governance, and third-party performance with strong escalation and resolution control.
• Lead major incident handling, ensure RCA governance, and integrate DC management tools with service management systems.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture to evaluate technologies and ensure alignment with standards, stability goals, and scalability.
• Engage with corporate teams and customers for technical onboarding/offboarding, support pre/post-sales requirements, and ensure customer-centric service delivery.
• Maintain vendor satisfaction above defined KPIs with proactive communication, SLA monitoring, performance reviews, and contingency execution.
• Maintain vendor satisfaction scores above 95%.
• Quantitative:
  Timely resolution of vendor-related issues.
• Key Controls:
• Active communication and periodic reviews with vendors.
• Monitoring of SLA adherence and regular performance evaluations.
• Escalation paths and contingency plans for vendor-related challenges.
• Regulatory, Compliance, ISO and DC Tier/Rated documentation, surveillance, Audit and certifications. Facilitate internal/external audits and bridge identified compliance gaps.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Telecommunications (required)
• Master's degree in electrical engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business (preferred)

Certifications (preferred):

• CDCP, CDCS, CDFOM, CTDC, ATD, AOS or equivalent
• Proven track record in IT/DC Infrastructure management, including migration/upgrades
• Demonstrated success in end-to-end Data Center execution, from architecture to operations, including security, cost optimization, and service delivery.
