Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Representative, located in Rawalpindi. The Support Representative will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely resolutions, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires delivering exceptional support by maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and addressing their concerns with efficiency and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and building positive customer relations
  • Capable of working in Technical Support, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions
  • Excellent Communication skills in English,
    with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Solid Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
  • Proficiency in using support and ticketing software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
